The Technology
We make all of our frames with durable, eco-friendly acetate. Not only does acetate look and feel good, it is naturally hypoallergenic and can be molded to fit your head perfectly. Once the acetate is rough-cut to the approximate shape of the glasses, we add our heavy-duty stainless steel hinges. All of our frames are then detailed and finished by hand, one at a time.

Our proprietary wLX lenses are manufactured from hardened glass for superb clarity and durability, and are coated with an anti-reflective layer which reduces glare. While we recommend our glass wLX lenses to most of our customers, for those who prefer a lighter-weight pair of sunglasses, we offer polarized polycarbonate lenses in select colors. All of our sunglasses meet European Conformity (CE) standards and offer excellent UV380 protection (or better) against potentially harmful ultraviolet rays.
