Do wubos protect my eyes from harmful UV radiation?

Yes! All of our sunglasses meet European Conformity (CE) standards and offer excellent UV380 protection (or better) against potentially harmful ultraviolet rays. This means our glasses will block out 95% of all UV rays below 380 nanometres (the scale on which light is measured)

Can my wubos go in the ocean?

Yes, but they should be rinsed off with fresh water and dried immediately after or the anti-reflective lens coating could be damaged.

How much does it cost to ship my sunglasses? 

It’s free! We provide free standard shipping within the United States for all sunglasses orders. Expedited shipping may be available for an extra fee depending on where the order is being shipped.

International shipping is also available for an additional fee.

How much does it cost to return my sunglasses?

It’s free! Contact customercare@wubo.co to return your sunglasses free of charge within 90 days of purchase. 

What if I break or lose my sunglasses?

Accidents happen.  If you break or lose your glasses within one year of purchase, we will provide you a discounted replacement pair (limit one discounted replacement pair per original purchase).  If your original pair is damaged, please return it to us (we’ll pay shipping) so we can continue finding areas of improvement in our sunglasses.

Do wubo sunglasses come with a warranty? 

Yes, our sunglasses are warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase. We will replace, repair, or refund any pair of our sunglasses found to be defective. This does not include damage from improper usage or normal wear.
